Parlamenti Sllovak miratoi nj\u00eb propozim p\u00ebr t\u00eb vendosur nj\u00eb kufi maksimal shpejt\u00ebsie p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb p\u00ebrdoruesit e trotuarit, nga k\u00ebmb\u00ebsor\u00ebt te \u00e7iklist\u00ebt, patinator\u00ebt, p\u00ebrdoruesit e skuter\u00ebve elektrik\u00eb. Por kufiri i r\u00ebn\u00eb dakord p\u00ebr shpejt\u00ebsin\u00eb prej 6 km\/or\u00eb shkaktoi konfuzion n\u00eb internet dhe nj\u00eb mori memesh rreth k\u00ebmb\u00ebsor\u00ebve q\u00eb tejkalojn\u00eb shpejt\u00ebsin\u00eb ose n\u00ebse atyre do t’u duhet leje p\u00ebr t\u00eb ecur.<\/p>\n
P\u00ebrdoruesit e trotuareve q\u00eb tejkalojn\u00eb limitin mund t\u00eb gjobiten deri n\u00eb\u00a0100 euro (150 dollar\u00eb singaporian\u00eb\u00a0), megjith\u00ebse ende nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb se si policia do ta zbatoj\u00eb ligjin kur t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi m\u00eb 1 janar 2026.<\/p>\n

Dan Kollar, president i grupit Cyklokoalicia q\u00eb mb\u00ebshtet ecjen dhe \u00e7iklizmin, e kritikoi ligjin si “absurd” dhe tha se ndryshimet n\u00eb fund t\u00eb tetorit nuk ishin t\u00eb justifikuara “n\u00eb asnj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb”. \u201cMe nj\u00eb shpejt\u00ebsi kaq t\u00eb ul\u00ebt, \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb ruash ekuilibrin dhe madje edhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebt tre deri n\u00eb kat\u00ebr vje\u00e7 (me bi\u00e7iklet\u00eb) e tejkalojn\u00eb at\u00eb rregullisht\u201d, i tha ai AFP-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n
