Ushqimet ultra-t\u00eb p\u00ebrpunuara p\u00ebrcaktohen si ato q\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se pes\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebs q\u00eb nuk do t\u2019i gjenit zakonisht n\u00eb dollapin tuaj t\u00eb kuzhin\u00ebs, si emulsifikues, konservues, aditiv\u00eb, ngjyrues dhe \u00ebmb\u00ebltues.<\/p>\n<p>Shembuj t\u00eb UPF-ve p\u00ebrfshijn\u00eb sallamet, pasti\u00e7erit\u00eb, biskotat, pijet me gaz, akullore dhe buka e supermarketeve. Anketat tregojn\u00eb se k\u00ebto ushqime t\u00eb prodhuara industrialisht jan\u00eb n\u00eb rritje n\u00eb dieta n\u00eb mbar\u00eb bot\u00ebn, duke p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsuar cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e ushqimit q\u00eb konsumojm\u00eb, me shum\u00eb sheqer dhe yndyra jo t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetshme, dhe munges\u00eb fibre e proteine. Autori i studimit, Prof Carlos Monteiro nga Universiteti i Sao Paulo n\u00eb Brazil, i cili krijoi sistemin Nova p\u00ebr kategorizimin e ushqimeve, tha se konsumimi n\u00eb rritje i ushqimeve ultra-t\u00eb p\u00ebrpunuara \u201cpo riform\u00ebson dietat n\u00eb mbar\u00eb bot\u00ebn, duke z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar ushqimet e fresk\u00ebta dhe minimalisht t\u00eb p\u00ebrpunuara\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKjo ndryshim n\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb njer\u00ebzit han\u00eb nxitet nga korporata t\u00eb fuqishme globale q\u00eb gjenerojn\u00eb fitime t\u00eb m\u00ebdha duke u p\u00ebrqendruar te produktet ultra-t\u00eb p\u00ebrpunuara, t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetura nga marketing i gjer\u00eb dhe lobim politik p\u00ebr t\u00eb bllokuar politikat efektive t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetit publik q\u00eb mb\u00ebshtesin ushqimin e sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm&#8221;, shtoi ai.<\/p>\n<p>Bashkautor, Dr Phillip Baker nga Universiteti i Sidneit, tha se zgjidhja \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cnj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje e fort\u00eb globale e sh\u00ebndetit publik si p\u00ebrpjekjet e koordinuara p\u00ebr t\u00eb sfiduar industrin\u00eb e duhanit\u201d. Prof Jules Griffin nga Universiteti i Aberdeen tha se ka disa an\u00eb pozitive t\u00eb p\u00ebrpunimit t\u00eb ushqimit dhe se k\u00ebrkime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar se si ndikon ai n\u00eb sh\u00ebndet jan\u00eb \u201curgjentisht t\u00eb nevojshme\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Federata e Ushqimit dhe Pijeve (FDF), e cila p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson industrin\u00eb, thot\u00eb se UPF-t\u00eb mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb diete t\u00eb balancuar, si bizelet e ngrira dhe buka me drith\u00ebra t\u00eb plota.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKompanit\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb ndryshimesh nd\u00ebr vite p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb ushqimin dhe pijet q\u00eb blejm\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetshme, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me udh\u00ebzimet e qeveris\u00eb,\u201d thot\u00eb Kate Halliwell, drejtuese shkencore n\u00eb FDF.<\/p>\n<p>Sasia e sheqerit dhe krip\u00ebs n\u00eb produktet q\u00eb shiten n\u00eb dyqane dhe supermarkete ka r\u00ebn\u00eb me nj\u00eb t\u00eb tret\u00ebn q\u00eb nga viti 2015, shtoi ajo.
