Ky event do t\u00eb mbledh\u00eb bizneset dhe sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsit , aktivistet , shqiptar\u00eb nga e gjith\u00eb bota p\u00ebr t\u00eb festuar arritjet dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb nderuar ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb treguar nj\u00eb nivel t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb kontributit ne fusha te ndryshme te jetes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00c7mimet e Ekselenc\u00ebs\u201d do t\u2019u dhurohen kompanive dhe\u00a0 personazheve\u00a0 shqiptare q\u00eb kan\u00eb spikatur me performanc\u00ebn e tyre t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme. Kjo ngjarje do t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb si nj\u00eb platform\u00eb e shk\u00eblqyer p\u00ebr t\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar dhe promovuar suksesin e sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsve shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb sken\u00ebn globale.<\/p>\n<h3>Lazim Destani &#8211; Profil<\/h3>\n<p>Lazim Destani \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebs i shquar, investitor dhe filantrop, i njohur p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetjen e pal\u00ebkundur ndaj popullit shqiptar dhe rajonit m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb t\u00eb Ballkanit. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb avokat i fuqish\u00ebm p\u00ebr nismat q\u00eb synojn\u00eb avancimin e Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor si nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb integrale e idealit europian.<\/p>\n<p>Lazim Destani lindi n\u00eb vitin 1954 n\u00eb fshatin Bozovc\u00eb, n\u00eb rrethin e Tetov\u00ebs, Maqedoni e Veriut. Ai filloi udh\u00ebtimin e tij nga nj\u00eb fillim i thjesht\u00eb. Pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs fillore, u regjistrua n\u00eb nj\u00eb shkoll\u00eb t\u00eb mesme ekonomike n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb. I shtyr\u00eb nga rrethanat ekonomike lokale dhe ambiciet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb t\u00eb ardhme m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, Destani emigroi n\u00eb Gjermani para se t\u00eb mbushte 17 vje\u00e7, duke nd\u00ebrprer\u00eb shkollimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebrkuar mund\u00ebsi m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Gjermani, vendosm\u00ebria dhe qasja proaktive e Destanit e \u00e7uan at\u00eb t\u00eb punonte n\u00eb nj\u00eb uzin\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrpunimin e drurit nd\u00ebrsa mbaronte studimet ekonomike p\u00ebrmes korrespondenc\u00ebs. Duke m\u00ebsuar gjuh\u00ebn gjermane, ai ndoqi studimet e larta n\u00eb Komunikacion dhe Turiz\u00ebm n\u00eb &#8220;Rheinisch-Westf\u00e4lische Technische Hochschule&#8221; n\u00eb Aachen. N\u00eb vitin 1982, Destani filloi pun\u00eb n\u00eb kompanin\u00eb e transportit t\u00eb udh\u00ebtar\u00ebve ASEAG n\u00eb Aachen, ku punoi p\u00ebr gati pes\u00eb vjet.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 1987, Lazim Destani themeloi biznesin e tij t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb Gjermani, kompanin\u00eb e transportit t\u00eb udh\u00ebtar\u00ebve &#8216;Sharr Turist,&#8217; me baz\u00eb n\u00eb Stolberg. Misioni i tij kryesor ishte t&#8217;u ofronte bashkatdhetar\u00ebve t\u00eb tij transport m\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb, m\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb rehatsh\u00ebm. Biznesi u zgjerua shpejt, duke hapur deg\u00eb n\u00eb qytetet kryesore gjermane dhe n\u00eb vendet fqinje, duke ofruar linja t\u00eb rregullta autobusi dhe aeroplani midis Ballkanit dhe Europ\u00ebs Per\u00ebndimore. &#8216;Sharr Turist&#8217; u b\u00eb nj\u00eb em\u00ebr i njohur, duke lidhur Ballkanin me Europ\u00ebn Per\u00ebndimore dhe duke ofruar aranzhime udh\u00ebtimi dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsime t\u00eb linjave ajrore, t\u00eb cilat u vler\u00ebsuan shum\u00eb nga emigrant\u00ebt e Ballkanit q\u00eb punonin n\u00eb Europ\u00ebn Per\u00ebndimore.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimi i Lazim Destanit p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si bizneset mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb e frym\u00ebzoi at\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb k\u00ebto vlera te f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tij. Ata u rrit\u00ebn me k\u00ebt\u00eb frym\u00eb dhe arrit\u00ebn suksese t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb fushat e tyre p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse, si n\u00eb biznes ashtu edhe n\u00eb industrin\u00eb e filmit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vitin 2007, pas dy dekadash suksesi, &#8216;Sharr Turist&#8217; u ristrukturua p\u00ebr t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbyer grupit t\u00eb bizneseve familjare Destani. Lazim Destani mori rolin e Kryetarit t\u00eb Bordit Mbik\u00ebqyr\u00ebs. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 angazhimeve t\u00eb tij n\u00eb biznes, ai ka dedikuar shum\u00eb koh\u00eb dhe energji p\u00ebr aktivitete filantropike dhe humanitare, duke adresuar \u00e7\u00ebshtje sociale n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor, duke promovuar rajonin dhe duke mb\u00ebshtetur diaspor\u00ebn shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>I shqet\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr shkall\u00ebn e lart\u00eb t\u00eb papun\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor, Destani ka krijuar vazhdimisht mund\u00ebsi pun\u00ebsimi q\u00eb nga fillimi i karrier\u00ebs s\u00eb tij. Sot, kompanit\u00eb e familjes s\u00eb tij pasqyrojn\u00eb dhe zbatojn\u00eb k\u00ebto parime globalisht, kudo q\u00eb operojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Lazim Destani beson fort n\u00eb rolin vendimtar t\u00eb arsimit, shkenc\u00ebs, kultur\u00ebs dhe sportit n\u00eb p\u00ebrparimin e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb dhe zhvillimin e nj\u00eb vendi. Ai e konsideron nj\u00eb detyr\u00eb humanitare dhe patriotike mb\u00ebshtetjen progresive t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre sektor\u00ebve. Ai angazhohet ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb inkurajuar dhe motivuar rinin\u00eb e Ballkanit, duke u ofruar mund\u00ebsi pun\u00ebsimi dhe duke mb\u00ebshtetur iniciativat e tyre. P\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur rezultatet m\u00eb t\u00eb mira, ai ka n\u00ebnshkruar marr\u00ebveshje bashk\u00ebpunimi nd\u00ebrmjet kompanive t\u00eb familjes s\u00eb tij dhe institucioneve arsimore, shoqatave sportive dhe organizatave nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>Destani \u00ebsht\u00eb i bindur se komunitetet dhe familjet jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb fuqishme kur punojn\u00eb s\u00eb bashku p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta.
