\u201cMinistria e Brendshme njofton se, duke filluar nga sot, shtetasit shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb jasht\u00eb vendit do t\u00eb ken\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb aplikojn\u00eb p\u00ebr Let\u00ebrnjoftim Elektronik (ID), ose p\u00ebr Pasaport\u00eb Biometrike, pa qen\u00eb m\u00eb e nevojshme t\u00eb pajisen detyrimisht me t\u00eb dy dokumentet nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht. Nisma ka q\u00ebllim thjeshtimin e procedurave dhe leht\u00ebsimin e qytetar\u00ebve, q\u00eb jetojn\u00eb e punojn\u00eb jasht\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.
