Kongresi i Manastirit u zhvillua mes 14-22 n\u00ebntorit t\u00eb vitit 1908. N\u00eb t\u00eb mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb 50 delegat\u00eb nga 26 qytete t\u00eb ndryshme, klube dhe shoqata. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb Kongres u miratua vendimi q\u00eb t\u00eb pranohet alfabeti latin me disa ndryshime t\u00eb shkronjave duke i adaptuar ato p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn shqipe.<\/p>\n
N\u00eb Manastir, n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, kan\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb intelektual\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb nga t\u00eb gjitha trojet shqiptare, pasi qyteti ka qen\u00eb qend\u00ebr e konsujve dhe ishte m\u00eb i sigurt p\u00ebr mbar\u00ebvajtjen e k\u00ebtij procesi t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm komb\u00ebtar. Kryetar i Kongresit u zgjodh Mithat Frash\u00ebri, kurse n\u00ebnkryetar\u00eb ishin Luigj Gurakuqi dhe Gjergji Qiriazi, nd\u00ebrsa motra e tij Parashqevi Qiriazi, ishte gruaja e vetme n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb Kongres.<\/p>\n
